This site has a sister site, ResearchCreditIntegrity.org, also published by Swanson Reed. It covers the fee and preparer rules and argues for changing them. It is not a service of this site, and this site recommends no adviser.

How the two sites fit together

This site has a sister site, also published by Swanson Reed. Each of the two has a different job. This one is about the relationship between a business and its adviser: fees, questions, contracts and what to do when something goes wrong. It explains no tax rules beyond what a business needs to check an adviser's work, and it recommends no adviser, including its publisher.

What the sister site is for

ResearchCreditIntegrity.org covers the rules on adviser fees and on the people who prepare claims, country by country, with official sources. It is also an advocacy site: it argues for a change in those rules in the United States. The research page says how to read it.

What it is not

The sister site is not a service of this site, and a link to it is not a recommendation of any adviser. Both sites are published by a firm that competes with other advisers, and both say so on every page. It is also why this site keeps to questions you can put to any adviser and check for yourself.
