Corrections
How to report an error on this site, ask for a right of reply or make a complaint, what happens next, and the dated log of every correction we have published.
If you believe anything on this site is inaccurate or unfair to you, contact hello@researchcreditintegrity.org. We review every request and publish corrections.
Report an error
Write to the address on the contact page and tell us:
- the page, with its address
- the sentence or figure you think is wrong
- why, with a link to an official source if you have one
You do not have to say who you are, but we can only reply if you give us a way to reach you.
Ask for a right of reply
This site names no firm, person or product other than its publisher, and its red flag pages describe practices in general terms. If you still believe a page is unfair to you or to your organisation, you can ask for a right of reply. Tell us the page, the passage, and what you would like readers to know.
What happens next
- We read every request.
- We check the passage against the sources listed on the page, and against any source you send.
- If the page is wrong or unfair, we change it.
- If the change affects the meaning of a page, we record it in the log below with its date.
- If we decide not to change the page, we tell you why.
A spelling or layout fix that does not change the meaning is made without an entry in the log.
Make a complaint about the site
If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, or with anything else about the site, write to the same address and say that it is a complaint.
What this page is not for
We cannot look into a dispute between you and an adviser, and we cannot comment on a particular firm, proposal or engagement letter. The complaints about an adviser page explains where those go.
How pages are checked
The editorial standards page explains how pages are written, sourced and reviewed, and the conflicts of interest page explains the publisher's interest in the subject.
